How to Connect with Investor Access

After receiving the protected read-only password from official AFSID support, follow these steps using the platform and server listed on the selected account.

Open MT4 or MT5

Use the exact MetaTrader platform displayed for the selected account.

Open Account Login

Select File, then Login to Trade Account, and enter the account number.

Enter Investor Password

Use only the read-only credential provided through official AFSID support.

Select Exact Server

Choose the broker server exactly as written on the selected account card.

Monitoring Scope

What Investor Access Allows You to Review

Investor Access provides account visibility only. It does not grant permission to place orders or change any trading settings.

Balance & Equity

Review balance, floating equity, margin use, and available free margin.

Open Positions

Monitor symbols, lot sizes, entry prices, exposure, and floating results.

Trading History

Review closed orders, profit or loss, commission, swap, and prior activity.

EA Activity

Observe Expert Advisor execution through order timing and trading behavior.

Request a Protected Read-Only Password

Contact official AFSID support and include the product name, account number, broker server, and MetaTrader platform you want to review. Password availability may depend on account status and internal access policy.
