10. Intellectual Property Rights

All AFSID software, Expert Advisor files, strategy logic, license systems, product names, logos, website content, graphics, documentation, best setting files, text, structure, design, and related materials are owned by AFSID Group International or its authorized licensors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the selected package and these Terms & Conditions.

11. Refund and Cancellation

AFSID products are digital and license-based products. Once a purchase is completed, product files are delivered, license access is issued, activation has started, or digital materials are made available, the transaction is considered final.

Refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not available for digital products and licenses, except where required by applicable law or approved by AFSID after internal review.

12. Support Scope

AFSID may provide support for product information, license activation, installation guidance, MetaTrader setup, VPS preparation, best setting file installation, and basic technical configuration.

• Responsibility for broker execution or VPS provider issues
• Custom trading strategy development outside the agreed product scope
• Support for unauthorized, modified, cracked, or shared software versions

13. Broker, VPS, and Third-Party Services

AFSID may provide broker recommendations, VPS recommendations, copy trading information, monitoring links, investor access instructions, or third-party platform references for convenience.

AFSID does not own or control third-party brokers, VPS providers, payment gateways, analytics platforms, copy trading platforms, or external websites. Their services, pricing, execution, regulation, uptime, terms, and policies may change at any time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third-party service they use.

14. Performance Information and Marketing Materials

Any trading performance, statement, screenshot, backtest, monitoring result, investor access, or third-party analytics shown by AFSID is provided for informational and transparency purposes only.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Different users may experience different results because of broker conditions, account size, leverage, spread, VPS quality, market timing, risk settings, execution differences, and other factors.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFSID Group International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use of our website, products, software, licenses, services, support, third-party links, or trading activity.

16. Account Security and User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for protecting their own MetaTrader account, broker login, VPS access, email account, payment account, and related credentials.

AFSID will never require your MetaTrader master password for standard license activation. If Investor Access is provided, it is read-only and cannot open, close, or modify trades.

Customers should not share sensitive credentials with unauthorized parties.

17. Suspension or Termination

AFSID reserves the right to suspend or terminate product access, license access, updates, support, or services if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, misuses the product, engages in fraud, abuses support, violates license rules, or attempts unauthorized distribution.

Suspension or termination does not create a right to refund if the product has already been delivered, activated, or made available.

18. Website Content and Availability

AFSID aims to keep website information accurate and updated. However, product descriptions, prices, broker information, VPS details, license packages, service availability, and technical specifications may change without prior notice.
